Something for the zombie fetishists. This was released on 16th May and is of interest as it was filmed in both Glasgow and Dumfries. Enclose details of the web site below ( cant get link to work ): outpostthemovie.com/Basic synopsis is of a mercenary unit escorting a shady business character in a war zone in Eastern Europe stumbling across an old shelter occupied by undead WW2 german soldiers. Apparently the guy who made this financed it by remortgaging his home? A mixture of reviews are included on the site and are on the whole favourable.

Welcome, Silver. I caught this story on the BBC website a couple of weeks ago and meant to post a topic on it. Looks like a great low budget shocker in the Dog Soldiers vein. You're right about the remortgaging too.

Finally watched this. It is bloody good. Very well made with plenty of shocks, but with the excellent gritty realism that goes with a first class modern war film. Well recommended.

Of course, matey. You'll love it. The mercenaries, led by a Geordie are a grizzled bunch who would give the Wild Geese a run for their money. The suspense is great, some nice gore and some great gunfights. What's not to love?

I have to agree with Rod this is a highly recommended film. Its the best 'misfit soldiers vs monsters' type movie since Aliens. And thats saying something.
