I just dropped back to ask for ya opinions on the Martian Design featured at the live show. Do they look cool. creepy or rather naff?

Well, I haven't seen the show because I'm in the United States of WOTW ignorants (except for a few like myself). But I have seen their Martian and I have to say that I am very impressed with it. It has the features Wells described, but they made it look utterly terrifying! I'd have to say that I wouldn't want to meet one face-to-face!  By the way, welcome to the Forum. |

They did a really good job with the tentacles. This question comes to mind every time I see one of the Paramount movies: Why don't their Martians have tentacles? The reason is that they wouldn't be able to do those scenes of their interacting directly with the humans because they'd move slowly. But that's not a good enough reason to me! But the tentacles are what makes the Martians really alien.
