...about the album: NASA - Pointless in my point of view. Would have prefered to hear about the Journalist being re-united with Carrie (like in the novel when he's re-united with his wife

About the album:
Handling machines having 6 (instead of the original 5) legs and not building stuff.
Tripods not having tentacles or a basket.
But I like the NASA part...

Yeah, you're right Relyt, the 'basket' is more like a 'manhole' ;D 'I watched it pursuing some people across the field, it caught them nimbly, and tossed them into a great metal 'MANHOLE' upon its back'

What I mean is that the Tripods don't capture humans in the musical while the Handling Machines do.

The Thunder Child song, only bit i hated.
When Justin Hayward sang 'pierced the deck' i used to sing 'pissed on the deck' because thats how it sounded to me as a kid.

The worst bit of the album I found was when I suddenly discovered that I had burnt it onto one of my mp3 discs in my car and turned it up way loud (Oh by does it sound great in the car) and then after the first song it got to the end of the disc and the other songs werent there! nooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!! other than that I cant think of anything I dont like. Well...I have to say that after seeing the live show dvd I was a little dissapointed as to what Justin Hayward looks like, I imagined quite a different appearance than a skinny floppy haired blonde guy (no offense! every time I hear his songs now I think of his face ah well. (was that a bit nasty? think it was ok
