I loved the Tripods when I was but a little tiddler and I think that's what helped me get into War of the Worlds. I remember being quite terrified at the tripods, still am somewhat  So, good luck Mr Poyks, I hope to be terrified by your creation |

I am remember taking days off school to read the novels... which was very, very bad of me. Worth it, though.  Damn Michael Grade for not letting them finish the TV series. |

That looks awesome! Really after this one you should build a 1:1 scale model of one. ;D 1:1 scale would be no good! Due to a miscalculation in scale the entire invasion fleet was swallowed by a small dog. Poyks' model is 2000% larger than the originals. ;D |
