I saw this for the first time last night. I'm not really a big horror movie fan as such, though having watched Pan's Labyrinth and Cronos earlier in the evening, I thought I'd give it a go.
What a horribly disgusting, nasty film! It went in rather a different direction than I expected and all the stuff in the surgical rooms really had quite an effect on me. >shudders<. Clearly that's something that hits my buttons!
Very good film, though and the ending was great- as it happened (the very last few seconds, that is), I sort of expected it and laughed out loud!
(I'm trying not to add spoilers for those that haven't seen it that might want to...!)
