www.space1999.net/~catacombs/main/merc/model/ivmmesmall.jpgThere is a model shop opened near me, and they got a huge sci-fi section and i fell in love with the Science Eagle from Space 1999 Its similar to this one but it has huge boosters on the back! Its amasing how old sci fi has made a massive comeback!

That looks bloody amazing! It'll be like Christmas all over again! :-) Its funny digital TV is brilliant for cult TV all over again. ITV4 is re running Space 1999 and its one of the best shows on the channel apparently with a new younger audience tuning in. i was in the model shop and a kid was buying a smaller Eagle and i was listening to the Dad his son loves the show! The model ive reserved is a foot long, about my wrist to my elboy. A big meaty model. Pride of place on my display shelf is reserved. LOL |

Yup, I've been watching it on ITV4. They played every episode, then started again back to the beginning for a second run Gawd bless 'em!!
