HERE WE ARE MUCH LATER, THE BOOK IS NOT FINISHED, THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING TO BE CHANGED, OR REWRITE, FOR A REASON OR ANOTHER, BUT THE MAIN THING IS THAT MY CHARACTERS WILL JOINED TOGHETER ALREADY DONE FOR SOME AND WILL BE DONE SOON FOR OTHERS, I ALSO REALISE THAT THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH TALKING IN THE BOOK, IT WAS LIKE TELLING A STORY, OF COURSE I WONT CHANGE EVERYTHING BUT I AM IN THE PROCESS OF ADDING TALKING BETWEEN CHARACTERS MORE, LIKE IN THE BEGINNING OF THE BOOK, I REALISE THAT WHEN THE NEW GOVERNMENT TOOK PLACE THERE WAS MORE TELLING STORY THEN ANYTHING ELSE AND MY CHARACTERS ARE STILL THERE!!!! LOL THEY HAVE TO TALK!!!

ALSO I HAVE DECIDED THAT THE ALIENS AND THEIR MACHINES ARE REALLY ALIENS, NOT DONE BY THE NEW GOVERNMENT, THE NEW GOVERNMENT TOOK THE OPPORTUNITY OF THE INVASION AND THEIR DEATH, TO BRING THE OLD GOVERNMENTS DOWN AND THEN TAKE THEIR PLACE AROUND THE WORLD ESPECIALLY DEMOCRATIC COUNTRYS. SO NOW THE BATTLE IS WAN BY THE RESISTENCE ASSISTED BY CHINA, RUSSIA MIDDLE EAST THAT NEVER HAD BEEN INVADED BY THE NEW GOVERNMENT, WHY, THEY STILL HAD THE CONTROL OF THEIR NUCLEAR ARSENAL, NOT THE DEMOCRATIC COUNTRY: LIKE USA FOR EXEMPLE THEY DONT HAVE THE CONTROL OF THEIR NUCLEAR ARMS SINCE THE INVASION AND IT DID'NT CAME BACK AFTER THE ALIENS DIED, BUT RUSSIA AND CO ALWAYS HAD THE CONTROL. THEY WHERE ATTACKED ANYWAY BY THE ALIENS THO, SO A LOT OF DESTRUCTIONS, OVER THERE TO, LOT'S OF DAMMAGE AND DEATH TO, BUT THE NEW GOVERNMENT COULD NOT BEAT THEM.

SO I WONT GET TO MUCH IN IT RIGHT NOW, BECAUSE SOMETIMES THE STORY CAN TAKE ANOTHER DIRECTION IN A HEART BEAT.

;D ;D guys!!! My book is completed, it is over guys i wrote all day long. Only the add of some back and forth talking between characters as to be done, but it wont be long that is for sure it is really faster then i tought, and it is fun.

It needs correction especially grammar and spelling, but with hundreds of pages of the story it is more then enough, for an agent to be able to know exactly the story of the manuscript, since a year i almost did'nt write, I went back to the book writing not that long ago, I was working for a site and i wanted to be perfect in everything, so i was always doing something for that site, there was other things like the 50th of my parents last year that took time from my book, but mostly it was the site, In all this and other stuff i lost almost 1 year for my book including participating to the saving of Jericho CBS show for a 3rd season, Both War Of The Worlds, and Jericho are a part of my book in a way.

Of course i have to admit that the First Words written in my book, where completly taken from the love i had and still have for War Of The Worlds, Both the Book and Tripods in the 2005 movie, I started reading the H.G.W. Novel at the same time as the movie came out, so the book helped me to comprehend some of the scenes of the movie, lie the red weed, the way they drank our blood, among other stuff.

My book finish by a coming back, of Aliens, but not the same ones, Nothing at all like them.

Like I said the story became that finally the tripods and their occupants where not made by humain, the book as a final ending, in a way, so it can be open for a sequel, but for now i have no intention to do a sequel.

So lets face it:

Invasion by aliens, 3/4 of the popupalion gone, A new government took place after the Aliens died, Work camps, torture are part of the daily life, but they where able to control only the old democratic countrys, China Russia Middle east, where not part of it, they where not part of the new government but they where attacked by the tripods anyway.

With their help, the resistence will be able to get rid of the new Government, Then when it is done the Old Governement is put back in power, at least the ones that survived the alien invasion, and tortures by the new government.

A war is blooming Between Russia, CHina, MIddle east and the democratics countrys, the honey moon is over.

But not long after the first casualtys of war,.....

The new Aliens Are invading, The faith Of Humanity will be change forever...

This book is Scifi the Vew of the author is only protrayed as what the author saw on the news, documentary, for other countrys it could be viewed in a complete different way, That is all about fiction and that does not mean that we democratic countrys are the good ones always, sometimes i really dont like what we do or not to other countrys.

It's a great feeling, isn't it? Finishing a book, I mean obviously.

Ya it is a great feeling especially at first for days, but i have a sense that there is to be more to it, i think it is because i am afraid to find an agent lol, i was extremly busy with other stuff, and now i am again, but i started to searched and keep the https of sites that can help me on that, and then i tought of something, i will try here right here in Quebec and then Canada if it is not working in Quebec. so i have some http on this already.

So yes i am afraid, i have another book to write, i started a little but i have to take care of the first one before anything else, but i also know that if y have ideas for the new book then i have to write them down lol,

So i will keep you up to date, the book is in english, it will be a hell of a ride here in Quebec (french language here), So this is why if i dont find anything here i will go For there rest of my Country, to find an agent.


The second book will be in french tho, it is a fiction but not science fiction.

Hi guys, i take this time to set the record straight

if i was in your shoes, i would have think what is going on with that book, what is going on with her

The fact is that i am petrified about everything in my life including seing an agent for this, i did nothing about this yet, not even write to a site or anything else,

this is the way i am, it is hard for me to confront the reality of something like this, even things less then this.

So the book is sitting there doing nothing for now, i have to tell you tho guys that i know the stuff is good i have worked hard on it

but i was never ready till know to do something about this

For the first time, I started to talk about this to my family on The Holidays, of course my father does not anderstand as everyone else lol, and now i am talking about it to you guys.

So i really hope that courage will come from me and that i will do something about this.

finally it is a book of 350 pages

when i do something about this you will be the first to know along with my family

so this is what is happening so far.

I am writing the book slowly tho, the one about my fathers idea altho it will be in inglish it is easier for me.

I already started to put ideas in my files about the sequel of the first book

so this is the story, i am not very proud to be like this, but this is me

So guys i will come back on this thread hopefully with a good news, meaning i did something

I am not afraid about the non accepting of the book, that can happen i know it and it will probably happen, it can take years before it gets out maybe it will never gets out,

but i have to at least try

Good luck Chantale, I admire what you have done, writing a book in English rather than your native french could not have been easy.
If it does get published, your writing it in English will make it available to a wider audience.

I started to go on internet to do research about an agent, how to do it and also i will explore the possibility of internet publishing
etc.

I began updating facebook and My Space more focus on the book

today i am working at the library, i will take the site url of an author that is from the region here, she write action books with CIA etc in it, and i will continue my research on internet keeping what is good, i already sent my coordonates to an Edition company in Pittsburg, they will send free infor for me to how to publish a book how to find an agent etc, it is suppose to be in my mailbox not e mail.
