I'd like to use some words that express how good this work is Lupe, but I can't think of any except the casual "good work." So, good work! Just the kind of thing that brightens up my day.

These are wonderful 'Luperis' your Martians are so sweet, ;D they have a great range of expressions and yet they are instantly recognizable as Wells' Martians. You have created a style that is unique, well done, they make me smile every time I see them. 10/10

Hello again everyone! For various personal reasons, I've been away for quite while... but now I've returned with some more artwork to post. First is a Martian FM pirate flag image I drew as an avatar for Nerfy quite some time ago... I'm not sure if he ever used it, but I do know that I forgot to post it up here so I'll share it with you all now: It's supposed to look like a 'skull and cross-bones' type pirate flag, with the top of the Fighting Machine as the 'skull' and the two crossed legs at the front representing the 'cross-bones'. I made sure that the image was symmetrical, and that the top of the legs lined up with the bottom of the legs, to try and keep it close to the ordinary appearance of the flag. Hopefully it's reasonably recognisable as both a pirate flag and a martian fighting machine. ^^

And number 2 of 2 is my latest piece of artwork, and my most complicated yet. This image was created to make an avatar for a member on the official Jeff Wayne WotW site; and I really enjoyed experimenting with more complex shades and backgrounds in this one. ^^ ********* The final version was made more personalised with the addition of a battle scar on the right hand side... I have included both images here as I feel it gives this Handling Machine a slightly different personality and feel to the original image.

Lupe! Great to see you around again! That's some very nice work as always, I like the "Hood and Cross Legs" piece in particular, but nice shading work with the handling machine.

Very nice work Luperis with a great scene of humor. I don't think you've been around since I joined, I began to think it was something I'd said ;D, nice to have you back with us. and keep up with your artwork, it's wonderful.

Wow... such a great response. ;D It has been a while... (longer than I'd realised to be honest ) and I've missed drawing WotW artwork and posting it up here. Hopefully I'll have some time to do some more artwork soon; but for the time being I'm going to be spending a lot of time on my newest hobby (costume and prop-making) so I can build up a good enough portfolio to apply to a SFX/Technical effects course next year. ^^ Relyt, Commandingtripod, richardburton, Bagnew and Poyks - It's nice to see a few familiar and friendly faces! Thanks for the lovely comments guys. Lonesome Crow - no, it's nothing personal - don't worry. ;D I'm just one of these people that's hard to keep in one place at one time... I always seem to be busy doing something or getting distracted by random things. But it's nice to meet you, and thanks for the great comments. ^^

Thanks guys. And thank you for the thank you, Nerfy. I'm really glad you like it; and to be honest I really enjoyed drawing it. ^^
