They're desperate to get as many sales as they can. Their main tactic for recovering from the loss of money because of that movie is to sue anyone who makes fun of or copies it in any way, as we have witnessed with Blackmoon and Darkhorse. Kind of immature if you think about it, I mean Darkhorse Comics wouldn't copy something if nobody likes it and Blackmoon is entitled to free speech. They deserve the negative criticism for making a terrible movie.

I saw the Japanese version of this film on TV the other day. It was under the title of Takeshi's Castle...

Wow, gotta feel sorry for the Japanese. All those times Tokyo got trashed by Godzilla, Mothra, and those other monsters-- and now this, the worst disaster of all!

What do you mean? The disaster is the invasion or the waste of time and money?

It was a joke, son... but I meant the "disaster" which exposure to this movie will inflict on the Japanese culture. What have the Japanese done to us Americans in the past 60 years to deserve us inflicting this on them?
"Speed Racer" wasn't THAT bad. ;D
