Aged pentioner Harry Brown turns vigiante when his best mate is murdered. This could be Micharel Caine's best role since Harry Palmer and Get Carter.

certainly looks good. just hope he doesn't end up going the same way Edward Woodward went with the Equalizer, Looking old; fat and ridiculous.

Apparently the film does show Caine as an older man, his reflexes arnt as sharp and hes not as strong as he used to be but he falls back on his wits and military training to counter his age.
So yeah it does play on the fact hes and old man but works that into the story.

A fine performance, not over dramatized.

Could we see an academy award nomination? That would be great.

Almost certainly he will be up for nomination, whether he gets it is another thing.

I loved this film.
Thought there was good performances all around. But Caine stole the show. It was definately him back to his best!

Yes, it was absolutely brilliant and Caine was first class. Always nice to see chavs getting their just desserts.
