I recently watched this film again after not seeing it for a number of years. And I have to say 'What a film!' It is still fantastic, and saddens me once more that Stanley Kuberick has passed away, depriving the world of his filmmaking talents. This is A Clockwork Orange's plot outline: In the not-too-distant future, a charming young sociopath named Alex, leads a nihilistic lifestyle of 'ultraviolence' which comes to a head when he is jailed for murder and volunteers for an experimental brainwashing treatment to reform criminals in exchange for a shorter prison sentence. This is one of my all time favourite films, and a perfect example of how violence and humour can work together so well, and also, how a true movie master can blow you away with a great story, visuals, music and acting. I don't know how to explain the dialogue, except something like Shakespearian-Cockney!!!!!!! 10 out of 10, as I have nothing to fault it on. www.imdb.com/title/tt0066921/

Yes, it is an awesome film. Kubrick was a visionary and a damn shame he's no longer with us.
