Our friend Rod's cousin, Carissa Glenn, sadly passed away this week. She was just 19 years old.
I met Carissa on a night out with Rod and had talked with her online on a number of occasions subsequently. She was a smart and incredibly funny person who was much loved by those around her and had her whole life ahead of her.
I'd like to offer my deepest sympathies to Carissa's family and her many friends at this difficult time. I know she will be missed.

I know how you guys must feel.
I lost a lot of beloved friends and cousins the past few years.
Silvia my cousin and Big Jeff a family friend of over 35 years. Both Cancer.
Know how Rod and everyone feels, words are difficult to convey how you feel. if you been through it then you know.
Condolences mates.

Thanks, Tone for putting this up - I appreciate it and thanks, Rus for your kind words.
Tish was a wonderful person - so full of life and passion. She was intelligent, creative and a great laugh to be around. I still have the vivid memory of when I first saw her and held her at her christening when she was a baby. I just can't believe she's gone.
My heart goes out to her parents and her brother and sister. They are all going through utter hell right now.

I appreciate that, guys. She was a very special person who touched hundreds of lives. A memorial group has been set up on Facebook for her and over 300 people have joined already passing on well-wishing messages and sharing thoughts and memories with each other.
