Hmm that trailer has kinda quenched the flames for me really, I dont know what I was expecting but Im not really looking forward to it as much as I was. I have always hated that stupid army batmobile piece of crap since first seeing it and the bike looks like a copy of those rubbish made-up kids toys they invent after the films rather than the slick looking bat vehicles of the past films I love Christian Bale (as an actor ) in pretty much everything he does (favs being Emprire of the Sun and Equlibrium) but im still not convinced he fits the Batman character as much as I'd hoped. Obviously Im still gonig to go and see this film at ye olde picture house but the anticipation has worn down slightly. Boooo grumpy grotey! booo!

I love these films, Batman Begins and Dark Knight is partially made around my way. The BatTank as i call it is a combo between a Mclaren F1 car and a Hummer. The Yanks said 'cpuldnt be made, Brit company said.. no problem lets have a look. British know how. I liked the first Tim Burton era Batman's but the other two were rubbish cheesy cr*p.

Yah, but the rubbish cheesy crud which was "Batman & Robin" had Alicia Silverstone in a skin-tight rubber suit-- Mmmm, yummy! She gets my vote for best skintight-rubber-suit-wearer since Raquel Welch in "Fantastic Voyage".

LOL! "Batman & Robin" led to the joke "Yes, Dick and I do live together, and yes we do wear skin-tight rubber suits with molded-in nipples. But we're just good friends." ;D
Oddly enuff, I heard just the other day a rumor that the original reason for putting molded-in nipples on the Dynamic Duo's costumes was that they were planning to do the same when Batgirl came along. But then they didn't put them on Silverstone's costume... which, fantasies aside, I think would have been rather too much.
Again, that's just a rumor.
