This looks interesting. Yes its a remake of the classic but they've gone in a different direction with this.

Apparently weve not seen what Gort looks like they are keeping him a BIG secret but when he goes apeshit at the end to retrieve klaatu is awesome.

I did read that the new DTESS is based more on the origonal book.

(But they said that for Berg's WOTW and look what a broken toilet bowl that was...)
