I don't know if I'm posting this in the right place, I couldn't find an "introduce yourself" thread so...

I'm sure some of you will know of me from 'eveofthewar.co.uk' site, where I have a bit of a reputation and I would like to take this opportunity to apologies for that. ;D
I have been a fan of H.G Wells' work ever since my brother brought home Jeff Wayne's musical version of WotW back in 1978 and I've been hunting down as much of his sci/fi as I can find, I also enjoy Wellsian sequels such as 'The Martian war','The Space Machine' and 'The Time Ships', I also have a copy of Tony's 'Aftermath' though I haven't got around to reading it yet... :-[Sorry

I'm sure I'm going to have a good time here and meet some new friends.

P.S.
'LonesomeCrow' is an album title from one of my favourite groups 'The Scorpions' and is not a description of me.

I'm sure I will, I've already read the first chapter on-line and that was enough to whet my appetite.
But at the moment I'm half way through a fairly large manuscript penned by my father. it's good but it needs a bit of editing.
