A couple of days ago I received a letter from Ticketmaster requesting I return my couple of tickets booked for the WOTW Millenium Dome gig on 22nd December as they had been issued on an incorrect Ticketmaster ticket instead of an O2 one. They claim that the tickets will be reissued to me on receipt. I am dreading sending these off and I have a hideous feeling that I might not see them again, not that I have any choice in the matter. I'm also worried that I'll be reissued with a crap seat instead of near the front, despite the letters claim that the location of the seat will not change. Bah!

I've had enquiries about this on Jeff's official site. It's been one cock-up after another re the O2 show.I do know that a change in the layout of the (as yet unfinished) seating meant that some of the seat numbers and locations changed. Unfortunately, as JWM have no control over Ticketmaster, we have been powerless to help. I haven't heard the outcome on this yet. I personally wouldn't let them go without first calling or emailing ticketmaster thmselves for confirmation. If I do hear anything else, I'll pass it on.

Thanks very much for the advice chaps. I've just had a look at the JW forum and it makes very disappointing reading with the possibility that returned tickets may not be reissued until seven days before the event. I just know that it is all going to go wrong and I'll be panicking a week before the event, or I'll be very deeply out of pocket....ever the optimist.
