I tried listening online, and the player kept stopping for some annoying reason.

I have a CD copy of the show that I went to see. Obviously, being audio, it omits the visual fact that the Artilleryman's bridge rocked alarmingly before refusing to ascend. And other technical hitches on the night. But it is amazing audio quality. Shut your eyes and it's sort of like being there.

To amuse myself I thought I’d have a go at creating CD covers and jewl case front and back for the concert the BBC put on last Tuesday. I recorded the concert on my DAB radio so the quality was excellent, after removing the announcers annoying voiceover half way through the recording I spit it into the appropriate tracks and burnt them to disc, the result was great. Because I'm the sort of person who likes to keep his CD collection in good order I thought I'd take a little time naming the discs, this is the result. So you don't infringe any copy right laws I suggest you don't use these images as CD covers or double jewl case covers because that would be very naughty, I put them here just in case you wanted to see them. P.S. don’t forget to set corner crop marks for the front and back images or you won’t know where to crop them too. ;D

Cheers Poyks, I think you're the only person to have visited this thread since I posted the pictures on Thursday, soon it will b too late to do anything about it. If you haven't heard the live concert, you now have only 2 days before the BBC remove it from their listen again site, Here's a link to listen again. www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b00lqpl7/Radio_2_Live_Jeff_Waynes_The_War_of_the_WorldsThe BBC have now addressed the over run problem and the whole concert is now there.

Thanks for the link, LC! For a live recording, the clarity is outstanding. It really captures a unique and dynamic vibe to Jeff's work. I can only imagine the expectations, apprehensions, and euphoria of seeing such a show for real! Those of you that have are some lucky mates.
