This is a time-lapse video of the garden renovation I did a week after moving in with Natalie my girlfriend whilst she was on holiday. She had no idea! I thought I'd share it here as it was largely inspired by Poyks' lawn-mowing music video Music track: Weather Experience by The Prodigy This is what the garden looked like before doing it all, though this is actually nextdoors garden as I stupidly forgot to take pictures or start filming when I strimmed the 4 foot grass away! doh! And these are the final results

Excellent work Mr G, I like the penguin walk up and down the garden to compress the soil looks great in time laps, like a Benny Hill clip ;D The result looks great, well done.

Funny you should say that! I was thinking of putting benny hill yakety sax on the soundtrack before I compiled it all together but it all happens far too fast for that so I didnt bother. Cheers lads

Good on you Mr. G.! Talk about heartfelt... No doubt that was some back-breakin' labor. Nice music BTW. Looks fantastic! What a beautiful oasis you created!

Heh cheers lads , yeah I had a bad back for a few days afterwards. It was worth the time, money and effort though. The grass seams are now 99% dissappeared and its looking lovely and green. It's been chucking it down since I did it which is good for bedding it in and when it hasn't I have my sprinkler out giving it a good watering. I will probably give it its first cut this weekend if I feel like it and its not peeing down.
