Ok Tourettes guy is a bit of an internet icon. A guy who apparently has tourettes syndrome and is unintentionally hilarious filmed by his friends and his antics put on the web.
Some people claim its all a put on, but the makers all insist its true. Eitherway i think its bloody hilarious.
