I'm going back to the very beginning tonight as far as the album is concerned, and it's doing a world of good. It's great to discuss all aspects of the album, and I always will, but tonight I'm listening to it as though it was the first time I heard it. I've been through a tough couple of months, and I'm so glad I've got my favourite record to fall back on. I'm just sat listening and enjoying it as much as I ever did, and getting back all of the emotions and feelings. There have been so many ups and downs in the WOTW community, and it's nice to shut it all off for a couple of hours and revel in the music.

I might give that a try. It's kind of hard knowing it so well, though! Having said that the first time I heard the re-issue, with all the different takes and so on, was a strange experience.

Yep, it's a strange thing trying to wipe the slate clean, then listening to it again. Of course we know it off by heart by memory, but regaining the feelings once more is wonderful!

Good on ya. I might dig out my old vinyl copy instead of always listening to one of the CDs or the DVD and have a listen with scratches n all!
