An interesting interview, I found this one on their website a bit back myself. That article however I have not seen, interesting. I like that they're scrapping pretty much most of the film and starting again, that they really needed to do and if it's true (as I'm still taking what Hines said with a pinch of salt) then I was wrong to have assumed it would be a ploy to reuse the footage in a different manner. How successful this will be is anyones guess, given the disaster that was their original film I'm not sure many people will rush to see this one and I'm not holding my breath. At least they're admitting now that they got a lot of it wrong first time around.

Despite what they say, I wouldn't mind betting we will see a lot of the old footage again.

Same here. I haven't seen the full movie myself, but I have seen enough various trailers and clips to have some idea of what it is like. A documentary on it seems a little like a publicity stunt to bring attention to the first film, IMO. It's a shame that a period WotW film turned out so poorly, and may cause trouble for any future Victorian-era adaptations.

Now if they went with thei new idea from the beginning then i think it would have worked. If they just reuse old footage with a sepia tone to it then they can forget it.
I aint holding out any hope though!
'Its a fast cart so brace yourself' 'im just going to run over here for no apparent reason...!'

A few weeks ago I found it on a site (I can't remember which.). I was about to send the link to the forum when the video was taken down.

Blackmoon's War of the Worlds. It was a dubbing (about 25 minutes long) of Pendragon's film. Pendragon threatened to sue Blackmoon for "showing too much of the film's footage." It's obvious that they were offended by it and were looking for a reason to get rid of it. The video has been offline ever since.

Oh yes, I remember that, I saw that before I saw the actual film, it was better than the actual film too. ;D

I wonder if "those people" who still have it would ever think about uploading said file to a certain forum for its users to download? Maybe by sending the file in a private message to a member who requests it.
