Great 70's song writer who died this week from a heart attack brought on by cancer.
He was famed for great songs like Lonely Boy, Never let her Slip Away and Thank You for Being a Friend.
in the 80's he formed Wax with 10cc's Graham Goluldman.
he was only 59.
Damn shame.
