Woah! is right. Some were saying they thought "Battlestar Galactica" was going downhill... I don't think they'll say so after seeing *this* episode!

Only some still are Lensman. Look to the fools on the AICN talkbacks. Oafs.
It always surprises me that people out there can cry out that its 'jumped the shark' after a couple of filler episodes.
And yes, Woah indeed! The best space sci-fi ever, probably. (Firefly still loved by me.)

I used to look at AICN (Ain't It Cool News) frequently, but got really tired of the very high level of stupidity and ignorance displayed by post-ers there. Not to mention crass rudeness. This forum is *much* nicer and much more intelligent. That's why I post here and not there.

I'm really enjoying it. it's a bout time Sci-fi wasn't all glizt and sparkles. Galactica is gritty and dark in wasy Babylon 5 and DS9 failed to be

Er Rusti...was that a spoiler just there??? Or did she... I thought it was a boring episode. In fact its been a boring season, over plotted Eastenders in space. Season one and two rocked. S3 sucks, i wish they find earth now and have a big feck off space battle.

Not sure what you expected from BSG. With the Cylons loosing interest in the refugees, the fleet being in tatters, it's about time we focused on the beasts humans really are when the Sh*t hits the fan.
Bsides, this is just the build up to something bigger and more shcking
believe me, from someone who seen the inside of this series, your eyes are going to bulge. The Final 5 are the least of our worries

The Final 5 are the least of our worries What do you mean by "someone who [has] seen the inside"? Please do NOT post any spoilers here! But if you've got an "inside track", I'd be interested to hear how that came about.

Humanity is at it's lowest right now. It's surviving on a knives edge looking for a planet that may or may not exist. with a certain Baltar inciting riots becasue they can't simply put him away and Adamam fast loosing faith in his abilty to command effectivly and protect his own, we're about to find out who is more dangerous. The Cylons, the exodus or the people themselves.
The fact Gator and Boomer are the only rational voices left in the entire fleet is perhaps the only thng keeping everyone focused on what right and the abyss they stare at everyday.
One spoiler and one spoiler alone. Apollo said it best: "1 is the only number that matters. 1 is the only number thats stands between you and sudden death"

*possible spoiler*
Wholly crap-a-moley! I caught the encore last night and that was not what I expected. I actually thought that the Raider was only one of Kerah’s hallucinations, then BAM!! Out of no where! I can’t believe they actually did that; it’s Richie Ryan all over again! All I can say is thank god for flashbacks.

Spoiler-o-talk, highlight to read:
I liked Starbuck, despite her descent, I'll miss her. *Sniff* I like the fact that this show is brave enough to not write her out by doing something cliche like having her ram the weakspot of a Basestar, but instead have her slowly cracking under pressure and in the end - fueled by her 'destiny' - essentially commit suicide.
Theroies o' mine:
1: Leoben to Starbuck is Chip-Six to Baltar and Chip-Baltar is to Caprica-Six - they are all faces of God. Literally. God isn't just a bonkers Cylon delusion - he exists. The question then is - who are the Lords of Kobol? There are twelve Cylon models - there are twelve Lords of Kobol. "All that has happened before will happen again." The Cylon models *are* unwittingly the Kobol Lords - they have their own destinies.
2: There is a possibility that the two fleets (Cylon and Human) will merge. This would fulfill the promise of a big shake up at the end of the series.
3: Nothing has been heard from the Cylons basestars for a while. For some reason mentions have been made by various Cylon models that 'Basestars were needed elsewhere', 'resources are stretched'. - A possible explanation, and a pleasingly ironic one, is that the old style Cylon models (modern Centurions, old Centurions) are rebelling against their fleshy overlords once again. This would make a return to the faster paced narrative drive as both human and neo-Cylon fleets attempt to flee the original Cylons as they head to Earth. This would also fulfill 'All this has happened before...' in a different way.
The only thing I wouldn't be able to take is Tigh being a Cylon. I'd be really upset, as he's my fave flawed human.
Rusti - once again I disagree, I think the show has gone from strength to strength. There have been a couple of mediocre episodes this series so far, but overall it's pushing some genuinely innovative sci-fi concepts in TV land. I predict more space battles to come, but this never was that kind of show.
