The above link explains this novel better than i do.

I liked this novel, its in the same vein as the movie strange days all about a fictional America on the verge of self destruction on the eve of 2000 celebrations.

If youve read Rob's King of America you like this novel too. 7/10

its a well paced, multi viewpoint satire of a US gone nuts.
