I discovered the source of the foot and mouth outbreak in the Woking area.
Its Fernando Alonso on Mclarens testing track!
Alonso is a cheater, got caught and dont like it.

More seriously we have a lot of pharmaceutical companies in the area. I'm not surprised this hasn't happened before. Or worse.
Still it would keep the Martians at bay, they might get Tentacle and Mouth disease!

lol there's probably some secret government dossier that instructed the building of these companies in the area to counter that very threat.
