We've had yet another wonderful day out to Alton Towers, but this time we have broken our previous record of 29 rides in one day. In total, we did 40 rides from 9.15 in the morning to 5.15 in the afternoon!! We kept a record of the rides on my mobile phone; Nemesis - 8
Submission - 6
Spinball Whizzer - 5
Oblivion - 5
Enterprise - 5
Runaway Train - 3
Duel - 2
Congo River Rapids - 2
Ripsaw - 1
Hex - 1
Teacup Ride - 1
Blade - 1The queues were too long for Rita Queen of Speed unfortunately, as with Air, but we had a brilliant if knackering day!! Absolutely awesome!!!!  We have made a video of the highlights of the day, which we are in the process of uploading to Youtube, so as soon as it's done we will post the link.  Poyks & Mrs Poyks  |

Pokies commentary. Ok here we are on the cusp of the drop in ripsaw NEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! lol!! I intended to get POV vids of all the rides, so after Oblivion started, I got the cam out, and started taping. Then the ride suddenly stopped! The speakers announced that the stop was because of my camera! A member of staff climbed the steps and temporarily took the camera off me. Doh!! ;D I was pushing my luck a bit! |
