i read your first draft of the war of the worlds aftermath
and i loved it at the end of each chapter i couldnt wait to read the next it was amazing

did you ever complete a second draft and also did you ever get it published or plan on getting it published soon

also from what i have read also you are able to contact jeff wayne i would like to know has he read it and what does he think of it

i was at the december 5th 2007 show in glasgow and that was amazing to watch live 10 times beter watching it live than watching a dvd of the show
even though the dvd of the show was great

Glad you liked Aftermath, it's always nice to hear from people who stumble across it!
As for your questions: yes, I have completed a second draft, with quite a few additions and expansions to the story, and I'm giving it another once over at the moment.
Jeff hasn't read it (far too busy) but, as you say, I'm in contact with JWM through my work on Jeff's site and they are aware of it. As they are in contact with the H.G Wells estate, they may be able to help me with various things later on down the line.
I sent the latest draft out to agents recently but no one has taken it up yet. I've quite a few options, so all is not lost and I'm renewing my efforts to get it published over the coming weeks/months.

glad to hear u managed a second draft and it might be published as i for 1 will buy the book
as i loved the plot twists and extras and old themes added to the work of each chapter
it is an amazing sequel to the war of the worlds
something i didnt think would have been possible to make a good story but you pulled it off with great imagination and thought

as for doing another story well that will be even tougher to do but i cant wait to read that also

can you do us a favour if u get it published or decide to put final draft on the net can you keep us updated on this site as i wouldnt want to be late in getting a copy

if you get to speak to jeff again tell him great work on the live shows even though there was a technical clitch at the very start of the glasgow live show it was the best thing i have ever seen live and i did notice the changes in the music he did for the 2007 live events
