I hate to be the bearer of bad news , but I lost my Grandad Yesterday. He was 90 last Tuesday. It was more a case of when rather than if as he has been very ill for a few weeks. I will of course be attending his funeral in Greenock in Scotland. At the moment I'm not too bad, the sound of my Mum crying on the phone upset me more than anything. I may be missing for a few days here and there, so if I'm not around, you'll know why.

The funeral will be on Monday, with a Mass on Sunday afternoon. I just hope I have enough tissues with me. I will be flying up with my two Brothers and my Sister and hiring a car. I'll be going Sunday morning to Tuesday night.
