On a drive out the other day, we came across a brilliant substation. Being a total pylon nerd, photos had to be taken!! Some of these cables seemed so low, it felt wonderfully dangerous in a way; the whole place sizzled with the amount of power, I love it!!

Lot's of piccies, they'll need a wee while to load up.

In my home state of Virginia, those are everywhere, so I can't really say that those are the things that really get my attention.....even if they vaguely resemble Tripods.
