It is my all time favourite kids show. I absolutely loved it! I've been trying to get it on DVD for years but still haven't managed it. Great clip, cheers, Rusti.

Cor yeah! I used to love this when I was kid, more space battles than you could shake a stick at!
I showed this to my two boys (aged 3 and 6) and they loved it. There just isn't anything like this around at the moment, which is a shame because there's a huge audience of exitable little boys out there that would lap it up.

LOL!! I really enjoyed this when I was young- not a bad series.
But it's a bloody terrible song- for me, Brian May was only any good as part of Queen, NEVER a solo artist (sorry Stuulla!)- and the video shots of him here- hilarious- that blown kiss at the end- what was that all about!
Also, dare I say it as a fan, but Eddie Van Halen's solo at the end is just totally incongruous with the rest of the song- much as it sounds good and the playing exemplary as ever, it just doesn't sound right- more added on over the top than part of the mix.
Anyway- ORION!!! etc

Astro Boy vs. Invaders from Mars!www.youtube.com/watch?v=69hTxjVSPC8I saw this clip listed when I went to the link above. I never saw "Star Fleet", I'm not sure it was ever shown on American TV. But I just *loved* "Astro Boy" when it was on (the original '60s version, not the later '80s version), I was just the right age. Oddly enuff, this piece of music works quite well with some "Astro Boy" footage, even tho the song is about "Star Fleet".

I have to say- I liked the song better with the Astroboy footage. Nice work Lensman!
I love the production on that song as well- do you think they'd been listening to Hawkwind the night before?!!

You know, I can't get that song out of my head at the moment- and it's actually growing on me.
Scary! As long as I don't have to see Brian May's face when hearing it, I reckon I can get through this!!! ;D
