This one is not about the video, it's the audio.
This supposed radio phone-in is apparently from 1993 and features Peter Cook, Spike Milligan, Dudley Moore, Tony Robinson, Frank Carson and others causing anarchy.
I think it's actually been made up of audio outtakes from audio book sessions and the like, but is strangely interesting.
A real oddity!
