Its good if you have friends and family across different timezones and find it difficult to co-ordinate phone calls etc.

Hey guys i've just seen a load of footage on a programme about WOTW and they were talking about Jeff Waynes CGI film and it showed a fair bit of stuff i have never seen before.This footage was CGI and looked similar to the stuff we see on the screen at one of the WOTW concerts.All the tripods were from Jeffs musical and in one of the shots one was destroying a train and CGI people running for their lives on the streets of london.Anyone seen this before or could it be from the film he said he'd do  |

Hi Lonesome,its was called 'Beyond war of the worlds' a UFO files programme on the Documentary channel.It was on about 2 hrs ago.There was another CGI clip as well as the train being destroyed and it showed people running and panicking on the streets of victorian London with a Jeff Wayne tripod 'looming' over the houses.This footage matched exactly what we see on the screen at one of Jeffs shows.It definitely wasn't some of the older stuff ive seen like the advert advertising the album from years ago.I was shouting at the screen going 'Show me the money' pmsl : )

I'm familiar with this particular documentary, I saw it the night before the Spielberg film was released on DVD. The documentary shows some footage from the Blue Monkey test film, but there is a bit of footage that looks like it could be for the movie. But, I saw this documentary more than five years ago, so sadly it's not good evidence of Jeff's film coming to fruition.
