Thanks a lot guys.  I've had a lot of crits on the image on my 3D forum from people who are in the 3D business who have taken the shine off the result by pointing out how it could have been so much better and it's not actually as great as I had hoped it would be and it's meant that the result is somewhat of an anti-climax for me so reading these comments makes me a little happier so thanks guys. |

Maybe they're just jealous. I wouldn't care about the negative criticism if I were in your position, as long as I felt like I did a good job.

That's amazing mate, take no notice of pedantic tech-heads; they're obviously all about the shade of pixels. Art is about expression not the medium. Superb picture.

Thanks for all the kind words guys. Been feeling really shit and a bit depressed recently. But im getting happier now I kinda want to do an animation with this guy and the original tripod. Not sure what yet. Possibly might have it throwing some people into the cage on the back or something but it'll probably involve my stupid humour like normal in one form or another. Any suggestions are most welcome |
