I MAY be able to help with camping gear if it helps anyone. I have a friend who has various stuff and I can ask them if need be. After all, it's camping... not a night at the Ritz. We may have to slum it a little but I think it'll be a great laugh! THAT'S the whole point! It's getting close to the date now. Let's have some final numbers this week. We need to get things arranged! |

So unless my maths has taken a turn for the worse thats 7 people and possible rusti to make it 8! thats great  So thats also 5 pitches/tents needed for booking with the possible addition of one more if rusti is bringing his own (although that isnt that necessary). You know you want to rusti The only difference now than there was before is that you will have to pay and extra £9.25 for a night to share or 15.25 for a night for your own tent. Surely meeting us group of misfits is worth that small cost Just think of the fun doing that 'Where the Hell is Matt' rip-off |

I apologise for sounding a bit crappy, but im happy sitting this out. Its a bit awkward to explain but I'm not interested in the camping bit i feel like a twat. a) Cost, b) my back on the shitty ground for 8 hours will kill it and c) i wont sleep, i'll stare at the stars and figit, then fall asleep in the day. (I work nightshifts!) I'll be hanging around you guys until you settle then come back in the moring for the rest oif the day, but i'll forgo the sleep over bit. I'm my own bed i can acclimatize for the visit. So i will be around for 4/5hs of it so you wont be rid of me that quick. I can do my tour guide bit. OK there is the latrines over to the left, dead cow in a field to the right... |

Right. I've been asked to ring back on Friday to talk to the site manager. I will then give the ground dimensions of our tent and pay a deposit for our pitch. Everyone else will then have to do the same, but by mentioning my name when you ring, we will all get put in the same place.
I will need to know the ground dimensions of everyone else's tents because (sigh!) we can only be put in the same place if we all have the same size tents.
