Nice of you Guys, to say it, i will always come back here, unless the site would close, I really dont want it to close. You will have in deed a resume but probably just after the 13th of July, i am happy about what i wrote so far. There is hard things like torture, and killing, but hey it is a war, is'nt it?.

Hi guys, just a resume of what i have done since last time, i was'nt able for 3 weeks to write the book i was to busy with the 50th of my parents.

The resistence as formed, And the have armement to fight, of course it was frightening hard work, a lot of arrest, torture even infront everybody to show that either you are with the new government or you are dead, or mutilated.

The resistance, have decided when they will start the Rebellion. on 4th of july 2008.

But 2 days before this date, something happened, we ear bombs, planes, lot's of noise and explosions.

Russia and China never entered in relationship with the new governement, The new government did'nt do that much about this, we tought that maybe they had the means to beat them.

So we are now at the WWIII human war. That doesn't count the Aliens war. For now it is conventional war, no Nuclear.

So the resistence had to decide wich world they will fight, the new government or China and Russia.

This war is gonna be bad, very bad, but another war is awaiting, and this one will decide, the futur of our planet and humain beings.

About the first attack from the tripods, i was saying that 2/3 of the populations died, i reduced it to 1/3. If i did'nt changed it to 1/3 there would be nobody left alive at the end of the book!!! or not?? ;D

Hi guys,

I took a decision, i hope it will be ok, i am frightened. When i finish the resistence part, i will have about 450 pages or so. So i decided to do the book in two parts. The other could easely be at 450 pages to, could be more. So it means that, after making all the correction it need, and made the other part of the story clear, i will have to try to publish it. I am frightened about this, but i know i will have to do this.

So two things now, i am exited but at the same time i am very nervous about this.

I wanted to tell you that guys, because you are with me since the beginning of this book. You are my borthers and sisters in this adventure.

I will start my correction now, and i will give you news on it.

I remember when I started 'Aftermath' as a short story!
Like your work, it expanded and finishing it a year later was one of the most satisfying experiences ever.
The nail-biting bit whilst waiting for letters from publishers and agents is not so good... I'm going through that now.
But if you have faith in it, I'm sure you'll come through in the end.

Thanks guys, you are the best, we all have in common that love for WOTW and SciFi, of course like i told you my story is completly different, but the tripods are sill there,
I know it will be challenging, maybe fustrating at times, but i will go for it, till one of the books will be edited.

For now tho i have to finish the resistence part, then i will be able to do the second part. So it is not tomorrow that i go to an editor, but it will be sooner than later, This is an adventure, if it works or not, does not matter in the sense, that the accomplishment is there anyway, but i tell you guys, i will write till the day, it will be on market, another Kind of SciFie will follow after this, but lets finish the first part now, this is what is important.

I started to search the world of Editors and Publisher on internet, i am already frightened, about this, it is a big world, and it takes money, so it's seems right now. I am only at the beginning of searching on them tho. But it always takes money to make money, it is the worst part for me, at the moment, i know there will be more worst part in the futur, but i wont let go, because without the book, i dont feel alive.

Good luck with contacting editors and publishers. Books like the Writers Handbook or the Writers' & Artists' Yearbook are great places for advice on contacting them. They also have lists of reputable publishers and agents. It is usually recommended to try getting an agent first as most publishers do not talk to you unless you have an agent. Do not pay for an agent - they are usually not reputable. A decent agent will not take any money in advance and will only charge a commission on monies made.
